"These 330 comps are very rare.
Barely 200 units were ever built and sold.
The Blue 330 mastering compressors were sold for $7745 in the mid 90's; that would be about $11,000 in today's $.
That was the flagship of Focusrite's great years when they were still building praised High End equipment that could be found in most World Class Recording Studios. Anything built after they merged with Digidesign was crap and the Blue mastering serie is not to be mistaken with the post Digidesign era (as in their toy-ish ISA220, ISA215 or ISA430....). "
