Chameleon Labs 7602 Mic preamp pre w/ full zen pro mod US $799
Up for grabs is a barely used Chameleon Labs 7602 mk1 mic preamp/ channel strip/ equalizer unit. This unit has been fully modified by Zen Pro Audio with Carnhill transformers, and other tweaks to make it sound more like a proper NEVE 1073, the preamp that it is a clone of. The power supply (100 dollars extra) will be included with the unit.

Classic, discrete 3 band EQ/Pre, with hi pass filter. Fat 'Neve' low end, with the sensible midrange points and sweet hi end. Top end is 10K instead of 12k on a 1073 and lo/mids freq's are just different enough to those of a 1073, to make them a nice complement to each other.
Two units pre-loaded in a Boutique Audio and Design rack, with power supply. We purchased these units from Vintage King a few years back, fully serviced, 100% operational both electronically and cosmetically (and they still are). From a proaudio dealer units in this condition with the power supply would run you $8000.
The Neve 1066 and the Neve 1073 both have the same mic preamp section. The only difference between these two units is the EQ. The 1066 is part of recording history!!!
* High-pass filter points at 45, 70, 160, 360 Hz

These are 2 EMT / ABE channel strips from a 70s/80s Vintage console. The german company ABE produced high quality products which sounds similar to Studer Vintage mixers. EMT was the distributor of these. Some got the EMT label on the panel. The units in this rack do not have the EMT label.The preamp has a gain of 60dB. It uses transformers for mic and line input. Then there is a low cut and phase reverse. The EQ has trebles at 14KHz, bass at 40Hz and parametric mids from 150Hz to 7KHz. It sounds very misucally. The channel fader is from Penny & Giles.
The 2 modules come installed in a 19" 2 RU rack with the following I/O`s:

GML 2032 PREAMP & EQ *BARELY USED* $2,399
The GML 2032 Preamp-EQ combos rarely ever come up for sale here on eBay. I'm only selling because I'm getting a new console. I wish I could keep it. I love it and it sounds fantastic, especially on acoustic guitars, vocals, strings and percussion. And, it's in near mint condition; just a couple light scuffs on the top of the case due to racking.
